4:30 – Deep Relaxation Yoga – Trouble slowing down, relaxing, or getting to sleep at night? This short yoga session can help you to let go of stress impeding your ability to rest and restore. *
5:00 – Personal Training for Golfers – Get ready to sweat as you strengthen, lengthen, and retrain muscles necessary for golf performance. Learn to retrain your rotational muscles to swing without stressing your back, elbows, knees, or other joints while getting your workout in at the same time! †
5:30 – LIFEstyle Yoga: Movement for Stiff Back and Hips – Do you have limited mobility or stiffness in your low back or hips? Come try this short yoga session to learn techniques that can make a big difference! *
